What the email signature generator does

The generator lays out your name, job title, company, phone, email, and website as a small table with inline styles — the HTML that mail clients keep intact when you paste it — with a coloured rule down the left side. Copy the signature and paste it into your mail app's signature box, or copy the raw HTML if your client asks for code. Everything is built in your browser and nothing you type is sent anywhere.

How to use it

  1. 1Type your name. Job title, company, phone, email, and website are optional; leave blank what you do not want in the signature.
  2. 2Pick a colour for the rule and the website link, and check the preview.
  3. 3Press Copy signature, then paste it into the signature box: in Gmail that is Settings → See all settings → Signature; in Outlook on the web and the new Outlook it is Settings → Accounts → Signatures.

Good to know

  • The signature is plain text and links — no images — so there is nothing hosted that can break later, and it reads the same when a recipient's client blocks images.
  • Phone numbers become tap-to-call links and the email address a mailto link, so they work on a phone without copying anything.
  • Gmail accepts up to 10,000 characters in a signature; the HTML this builds is well under that even with every field filled in.
  • One link in a signature does more than five. Point it at a single page that holds your work, your socials, and your booking link, and update the page instead of the signature.
